पीठासीन अधिकारी/मतदान कार्मिक प्रथम प्रशिक्षण में अनुपस्थित रहने पर होगी कार्यवाही

झाँसी,लोक सभा सामान्य निर्वाचन-2024 के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 15-04-2024 को पीठासीन / मतदान अधिकारी-प्रथम हेतु प्रशिक्षण कार्य राजकीय इण्टर कालेज झॉसी में दो सत्रों में सम्पन्न हुआ। प्रत्येक सत्र में जीआईसी के 16 कक्षों में (प्रति कक्ष-40 कार्मिक) 640 कार्मिकों, इसप्रकार कुल 1280 कार्मिकों हेतु प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया गया। प्रथम दिन के प्रशिक्षण में इन 1280 कार्मिकों में से कुल 1266 कार्मिकों द्वारा आधारभूत एवं ईवीएम संचालन का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया गया। प्रशिक्षण कार्य का जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी अविनाश कुमार एवं प्रभारी अधिकारी (कार्मिक / प्रशिक्षण) जुनैद अहमद द्वारा निरीक्षण कर समस्त कार्मिकों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिये गये।
उक्त आयोजित प्रशिक्षण में प्रथम पाली में 04 कार्मिक यथा-अवधेश कुमार सहायक अध्यापक, कार्यालय खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी बामौर, विनोद कुमार, अवर अभियन्ता कार्यालय अधिशाषी अभियन्ता (विधुत यांत्रिक खण्ड) लोक निर्माण विभाग, सुरेन्द्र कुमार चतुर्वेदी, सींचपाल कार्यालय अधिशाषी अभियन्ता वेतवा प्रखण्ड झाँसी, बृजेश कुमार प्रधानाध्यापक कार्यालय खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी बंगरा एवं द्वितीय पाली में 07 कार्मिक अभिषेक, सहायक प्रबन्धक प्रथमा यू०पी०ग्रामीण बैंक, निवेदिता अग्रवाल, सहायक – अध्यापक, कार्यालय खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी चिरगॉव,अंकुश तिवारी, कनिष्ठ सहायक कार्यालय छावनी परिषद झाँसी,सैंकी साहू, ईको पार्क सुपरवाईजर कार्यालय छावनी परिषद झाँसी, रामसेवक अनुरागी बैंक आफ बडौदा,संजीव कुमार गुप्ता, लिपिक कार्यालय शिक्षक इण्टर कालेज झाँसी, जनार्दन देव पाण्डेय सहायक अध्यापक कार्यालय खण्ड शिक्षा अधिकारी मोंठ (कुल-11) कार्मिक बिना किसी कारण के अनुपस्थित रहे।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी / प्रभारी अधिकारी (प्रशिक्षण) द्वारा निर्देश दिये गये कि अनुपस्थित कार्मिक तत्काल राजकीय इण्टर कालेज झाँसी में चल रहे प्रशिक्षण में अनिवार्य रूप से उपस्थित होकर प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करें, अन्यथा की स्थिति में सम्बन्धित कार्मिक के विरूद्ध लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम की सुसंगत धाराओं के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही की जायेगी जिसके लिये वह स्वंय जिम्मेदार होगें ।
Action will be taken if the presiding officer/polling personnel is absent in the first training.

Jhansi, under the Lok Sabha General Election-2024, on 15-04-2024, the training work for Presiding Officer/Polling Officer-I was completed in two sessions at Government Inter College, Jhosi. In each session, training was conducted for 640 personnel in 16 rooms of GIC (40 personnel per room), thus a total of 1280 personnel. In the first day of training, out of these 1280 personnel, a total of 1266 personnel received training in basic and EVM operation. The training work was inspected by District Election Officer Avinash Kumar and Officer-in-Charge (Personnel/Training) Junaid Ahmed and necessary instructions were given to all the personnel.
In the above organized training, 04 personnel viz., Awadhesh Kumar, Assistant Teacher, Office Block Education Officer, Bamaur, Vinod Kumar, Junior Engineer, Office Executive Engineer (Electrical Mechanical Section), Public Works Department, Surendra Kumar Chaturvedi, Sinchpal Office Executive Engineer, Vetva Block, Jhansi, participated in the first shift. , Brijesh Kumar, Principal Office, Block Education Officer, Bangra and 07 personnel in the second shift, Abhishek, Assistant Manager, Pratham UP Gramin Bank, Nivedita Aggarwal, Assistant – Teacher, Office, Block Education Officer, Chirgaon, Ankush Tiwari, Junior Assistant Office, Cantonment Council Jhansi, Sanki Sahu, Eco. Park Supervisor Office Cantonment Council Jhansi, Ramsevak Anuragi Bank of Baroda, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Clerk Office Teacher Inter College Jhansi, Janardan Dev Pandey Assistant Teacher Office Block Education Officer Month (total-11) personnel remained absent without any reason.
Instructions were given by the Chief Development Officer / Officer-in-Charge (Training) that the absent personnel should immediately compulsorily attend the training going on at the Government Inter College, Jhansi and get the training, otherwise in case of failure, action will be taken against the concerned personnel under the relevant sections of the Representation of the People Act.
